We started by running a thorough audit of their Google Ads account, and here is what our PPC management experts found:

  1. Google Merchant Center did not correctly integrate our client’s shopping feed.
  2. Shopping campaigns and ads were not properly managed.
  3. The local product inventory feed was not properly set up in Google Merchant Center.
  4. The Google Text campaign set up was generic and it was not using exact match keywords.

The A&M PR team strategized, planned, and executed the solution that had increased both online and physical conversion. This is how we did it:

  1. As our clients were based on the Shopify platform, we tested and added the ideal app to seamlessly integrate shopping feeds to Google Merchant Center. We also used the same app to set up the feed for local inventory ads, which increased the conversion of their brick & mortar store.
  2. The product group subdivisions were utilized in the shopping campaign to bid more strategically on each headphone brand the store is carrying. It gave our client more control over managing the CPC (cost-per-click) of those brands.
  3. The conversion tracking script had been appropriately added to the store.
  4. We optimized the text ads and added a separate ad group for each headphone brand with only exact match keywords. This strategy was great to cut down the costs on irrelevant keywords.
